Are the sketches completely hand-drawn?

Yes

Will I be able to preview the finished product before it is shipped?

Yes. We proceed with the final processing of the order only when the customer has approved the Preview.

Will you upload my Sketch online anywhere?

Yes, technically we can upload. But if you don’t want your sketch to be published, So please let us know before.

How long does It take to process an order?

We usually take 1-2 working days to start doing your work from the date you place the order.

Is my payment safe?

Our payment gateway partner which is one of the world’s leading and safest payment gateways for online transactions. We assure 100% safety for your payments and card details.

What if I don't like the final result?

Yes, definitely, you get your all Advance Back. We don’t ship without your final approval on Sketch and as soon as you approve, only then we accept the rest of the amount.

Condition to get refund?

You have to tell us the exact reason what you don’t like. It’s because,

If it can be improved, we’ll do corrections, until you’re 100% happy with it.

Or we will start a new one for you.

Can I include a quote with my art purchase?

Yes, you can have a quote added to the painting. Contact our process team via Whatsapp to get that done. It is free of charge

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Yes! you can cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of placing it. You can drop a mail at info@sketchwonders.ca for the same. Please note that in

the case of artwork, if the order has gone into working

mode, we will not be able to entertain any

cancellation/modification requests.
